Return & exchange


As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the Online Shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the agreement expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer acquired the merchandise or where a third party other than the carrier and a person indicated by the Customer acquired the merchandise. To exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement the Customer has to inform the shop about the decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g.: a letter sent by post or e-mail). For example, the statement can be send:

An exemplary template of withdrawal form can be found in Annex 2 to the Act on Consumer Rights [Ustawa o Prawach Konsumenta]. The form can be also downloaded from here: Exemplary template of withdrawal form. The Customer may use the template of withdrawal form, yet, it is not mandatory.
To keep the deadline of withdrawal from the agreement it shall suffice to send information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the agreement before the deadline of withdrawal.
If the Customer withdraws from this agreement we shall reimburse the Customer with all payments, including the costs of delivery of goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive normal delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this agreement. Reimbursement of payments will be done using the same payment method that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless it is expressly agreed otherwise; in any case the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with the return. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until the receipt of goods or supplying the evidence of the return, depending on which event occurs first.

If you have received your item, please send it or hand it to us promptly at the following address: Beata Miros MANUFAKTURA, ul. Puławska 138A lok.2 02-624 Warszawa, in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed us to withdraw from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the item prior to the lapse of 14 days. The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the purchased items. The Customer is only responsible for a decrease in the value of items resulting from the use of it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, features and functioning of the purchased items.

At an online platform for dispute resolution between consumers and businesses at EU level (the ODR platform) is available. The ODR platform is an interactive and multilingual website with one-stop service for consumers and businesses seeking out of court dispute settlement concerning contractual obligations arising from an online sale or service agreement.



If the size, model or other features of the product do dot match your expectations there is also a possibility to exchange the ordered goods to other items currently available in the store. For this purpose, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt or collection of the goods at the following email address:

Goods for exchange should be sent to the following address: Beata Miros MANUFAKTURA  ul. Puławska 138A lok.2 02-624 Warszawa, along with the Customer’s personal data and information about the nature of the exchange.

At the same time the account of the shop should be credited with the cost of the chosen method of delivery of the new goods according to the rates contained in the tab DELIVERY. In case of item exchanges we do not accept shipments sent back with the chosen option of payment on delivery.
