RETURN

Basic Information:

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send us an email at office@coodo.pl stating your intention to return specific products.

 

  1. Within 14 days of informing us by email about your decision to return, the product must be delivered to the address provided in our reply email (please contact us first).

 

  1. We only accept returns of new, unwashed products that show no signs of use.

 

  1. In the case of returning an entire order, please return the original packaging (e.g., pouch or bag) as well as attached tags, etc.

 

  1. Free Delivery Adjustment: If you benefited from free delivery conditioned on exceeding a specific order value, and as a result of returning part of the order, the final price paid falls below the required threshold, the refund amount will be reduced by the applicable delivery cost according to the rates in the DELIVERY tab.

 

  1. Bonus Promotion Adjustment: If you received a Bonus conditioned on exceeding a specific order value, and as a result of returning part of the order, the final price paid falls below the required threshold, you must either return the Bonus or the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the Bonus (minus any promotional price paid for it). The value of the Bonus is specified in the terms of the given promotion.

 

  1. Discount Promotion Adjustment: If you received a discount conditioned on exceeding a specific order value or item quantity, and as a result of returning part of the order, the final price paid or item quantity falls below the required threshold, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the previously granted discount.

Detailed Information:

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may send your statement, for example:

  • In electronic form via email to: office@coodo.pl

 

An exemplary template of the withdrawal form is included as Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act. You can also download it here: WITHDRAWAL FORM TEMPLATE. You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

 

Please also include the proof of purchase (receipt) with the returned product.

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

If you have received the item, please send it back along with the original packaging and attached tags to: COODO PROSTA S.A., ul. Podleśna 71A, 05-075 Warszawa, Poland, promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.



  • Free Delivery Adjustment: If you benefited from free delivery conditioned on exceeding a specific order value, and as a result of returning part of the order, the final price paid falls below the required threshold, the refund amount will be reduced by the applicable delivery cost according to the rates in the DELIVERY tab.

 

  • Bonus Promotion Adjustment: If you received a Bonus conditioned on exceeding a specific order value, and as a result of returning part of the order, the final price paid falls below the required threshold, you must either return the Bonus or the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the Bonus (minus any promotional price paid for it). The value of the Bonus is specified in the terms of the given promotion (in the case of the COODO Creator Tote Bag, it is PLN 39).

If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, size, or item, please make a RETURN following the return procedure above and place a NEW ORDER.
